Michael Grabner - Certified Wine Specialist & Manager
Century Wine & Spirits would like to welcome our newest staff member, Michael Grabner. Michael is a wonderful addition to our staff as he comes to Century with more than five years of wine retail experience. Michael holds the title of Certified Wine Professional, Level One, from the Culinary Institute of America, Greystone. A self described "foodie" or home chef, Michael loves to cook. "I'm always looking for that synergy between food and wine. I like to play with peoples' taste buds; push the taste bud card, if you will." Jim comes to us with a passion for wine & spirits. He followed his passion when making a career change over eight years ago to the wine & spirits industry. Jim soon discovered the fringe benefits of interacting with the public and the satisfaction that comes with sharing his extensive knowledge and expertise with his customers were the best parts of the job.
